My Mission

I gather people who are hungry for more than food.

There’s a particular kind of person who shows up to a table not just to eat, but to witness something. Be changed by it. You know the feeling. A meal that stayed with you for years not because of the ingredients, but because of what it taught you about a place, a culture, a moment you’ll never have again otherwise.

That’s what I do. I curate the room. I research the story. I source the ingredients that prove it’s real. And I invite ten people who, by the end of the night, will understand why they were meant to meet.

I’m a cultural storyteller who happens to cook.

Available for private dinners and canapé (or pintxo) service. Monthly supper club by invitation only. Subscribe to my email list for possible lottery.

Why Choose Chloe

She knows your story before the food arrives.

Most chefs cook what you tell them to. Chloe asks questions that matter. Your heritage. Your hungers. What you've been craving that money can't buy. Then she sources and builds from there. The meal reflects something true about you.

Every ingredient has provenance, not just aesthetics.

She doesn't source "seasonal" or "local". She sources a Cantabrian anchovy instead of a Spanish one. Ful rooted in Lebanese-Palestinian-Egyptian lineage, not "Middle Eastern". When she tells you why something is on your plate, you believe it because she's lived in the research.

She disappears so you can become the host you were meant to be.

The kitchen work is invisible. The timing is perfect. She’s there only when needed. By dessert, your guests won’t remember the logistics. They’ll remember how the occasion made them feel and all the culture shared.

She curates the seats at the table, not just what's on it.

For our monthly supper club, curation is the whole point. Ten intentional people. Not random. Not your usual crowd. Chosen because something in them will resonate with the others. That's the real meal.
